Today as the Ulster Time Trail Championships. After having a great few weeks at the national championships i was ready to finish my road race season on a high. We had to complete a out and back course with slight downhill on the way out to the turn and a slight drag back to the finish. The course was 4.5 miles and i averaged 21.7 mph for the duration of the time trail. I won by 12 seconds and i am very happy with this result.
