A early start and a long drive down the road to Thurles for the 3rd round of the National Series. A muddy course with a mixture of sections to test all skills made for an exciting race.

I got a good start and took the lead from the first corner. I really pushed on in the first lap and opened a good gap, each lap I pushing on and creating a bigger and bigger gap back to 2nd. After a 5 lap race I took the win with a comfortable lead and extended my lead in the overall national series with 1 round to go in January.

Next week I will be in action at the support races for the Dublin World Cup racing the day before the worlds best on their course.
