A tough muddy race today at McCrystals CX Track for the 5th round of the national series. i was coming into this race straight after a 3 day road training camp with my team VC Glendale Adcamey so the legs were feeling fatiguied.

I got a brilliant start and felt strong off the start. I led the race for the first lap but then i started to fade and fell back to 3rd. I then rode solo in 3rd untill the finish to take P3, although i was closing in on 2nd on the last lap.

Ready to fight again next weekend at the final round of the National Series.
