Today was the Ormeau MTB Spring Classic. A classic season opener for the MTB season on the old school course in Ormeau Park. The course isn’t technical but has lots of banks and slippy parts along with lots of single track and fast sections. This year the mud was heavy and made the track slower and heavier than previous editions.

I had a good strong race catching all of the u16s and taking the win in my own race but also the u16 race. I’m happy with how I felt this week a big improvement from the races last weekend.
