Today was the Ulster CX Championships at the Cyclocross NI track in Portadown. I rode a strong race and finished 2nd, I was riding with 3rd for around the first half of the race when he fell off and i was able to get a gap. I then rode to the line solo for 2nd. It was a great battle for the first half of the race we where both attacking each other and creating little gaps but we kept closing them. It was really tough because it was so muddy and slippy around all the corners.
Happy to finish the last race of 2021 with a good result and coming 4th in the Ulster Series because I missed 2 rounds. I now have a few weeks to focus and get some good training in before the national championships on the 8th and 9th of January. stay tuned for more updates.
I would also like to thanks everyone who has helped out and got me to all the races. Without the support they give me none of the racing would be possible,
